Established in 2012, the facility occupies 8,000 square meters in the Beilun District of Ningbo, China. We specialize in double-wall construction for tumblers, travel mugs, and water bottles, serving promotional product distributors and OEM/ODM clients with private-label solutions.

Operations run on 6 automated production lines that integrate tube making, polishing, and vacuum insulation under one roof to ensure quality control. Every unit undergoes automated 100% leak testing and a 24-hour thermal retention inspection before packaging. This rigorous protocol minimizes field failures and supports our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Engineering responds to RFQs with detailed quotations and technical drawings within 24 hours. Upon receipt of specifications or 3D files, the team produces physical samples in 5-7 working days for fit and finish evaluation. We clarify MOQ requirements of 1,000 pieces per model and provide T/T or L/C payment terms to streamline procurement for volume orders.
